Monet & Friends Alive Opens in Iconsiam, Bangkok

Following a successful display of Van Gogh Alive from March to September this year, Monet & Friends Alive opened last week in Bangkok at the luxury brand shopping centre, ICONSIAM.

Grande Experiences, the producer and creator of Monet & Friends Alive, has partnered with Live Impact Events and ICONSIAM, the iconic landmark shopping centre situated along the majestic Chao Phraya River.

This digital immersive art experience, the largest immersive experience of Monet & Friends Alive in Southeast Asia, is set to deliver a fusion of entertainment and artistic wonder, transporting visitors into the captivating virtual world of 19th-century Impressionist art.

The main immersive gallery illuminates the bold brush strokes of Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Camille Pissarro, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, and many others. With a collection of 3,500 images, this experience redefines the art viewing experience, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the artists’ imagination as if stepping directly into their creative world.

Aside from the main immersive gallery area, there’s an interpretation of Monet’s Water Lily garden, a Japanese bridge, a themed café, Water Lily mirror room and artist studio, among other spaces. Along with Van Gogh Alive, Monet & Friends Alive in Bangkok marks one of the most extensive multisensory galleries ever created by Grande, with the installations requiring approximately 60 projectors, 20 computers/media servers and covering over 1000 sqm of projection area.
